Guests are requested to pay 30% of total reservation fee 48 hours after reservation. If payment is not executed, reservation will be automatically cancelled. Remaining 70% of total fee is due no later than 30 days prior to arriving to the Villa Paradiso d’Istria.
Tourist tax and cleaning fee are included in the room rate.
1000 Euro deposit is required at beginning of your stay at the property and will be collected upon arrival. In case no damages occur during stay, the deposit will be returned in full at departure from the property. In case of damages the amount covering damages will be subtracted from deposit and difference returned to the guests.
Cancellation must be presented in written format via email. Cancellation received up to 90 days prior to arrival will receive refund in full. Cancellation between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of total reservation fee. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will be charged with total amount of reservation.
Arrival time is after 4 PM while departure time is at 10 AM latest (if not otherwise agreed).
Pets are allowed on request. Upon reservation a guest is required to provide information on the kind of pet. By confirming the reservation, a guest automatically accepts full responsibility for the pet.
Breakfast is optional. If guests want to have breakfast in the Villa request needs to be made at reservation or alternatively at least 10 days prior to arrival. The price of breakfast per person and per day is €20.
6 E-bikes are included in the price and are at disposal to the guests. Guests who will drive E-bikes need to sign bike lease contract and agree to the terms of the contract.
Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna can be used by the guests at all times. Guests need to take full responsibility for their own safety when using pool, whirlpool and sauna.
